First Visit.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class for a little paperwork and tour. If you do not arrive early for your first class, you will be asked to reschedule. If you cannot make it to your scheduled session, be sure to cancel at least 8 hours prior. We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 8 hours, or no-show, you will lose the scheduled session.


Late Cancellation and No Show Policy.

Pilates Plus has an 8 hour cancellation policy.  You may cancel reserved sessions for any reason without penalty up to 8 hours prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations made after the 8-hour deadline are considered Late Cancellations and will result in a late cancellation fee. Switching sessions or showing up for a different session than you are scheduled for are considered late cancellations. Please be sure to late cancel if you cannot make it or it will be considered a No Show.  

-Members with unlimited packages will incur a $10 late cancellation fee; $25 no show fee. You cannot make another "reservation" for the same day, but you may "drop-in" if there is space available.

-All other members will lose the session for the scheduled class; $15 no show fee (in addition to losing the session)



If the class you want is full, add yourself to the waitlist and as other members cancel, you will be added to the class automatically according to your position on the wait list. Once you are added to a class from the wait list, you are considered confirmed and the Late Cancellation & No Show Policy applies. You will receive an automated courtesy email informing you that you have been added to a class if you have opted in to receive our emails. This is just a courtesy email and it is your responsibility to manage your schedule and wait lists through your account online. If you have other bookings scheduled for the same day, it is your responsibility to cancel them. Once within the 8-hour cancellation window, the wait list is frozen and you will need to check the schedule online for class availability.

Account Holds.

Please make note of expiration dates for each package and purchase accordingly. We do not allow holds or extensions on any package without a doctor's note. If you are on auto-pay and will be traveling or taking a break, please email 10 days prior to next billing date in order to cancel.
