Our signature 50-minute Megaformer class centers around the Lagree method of fitness, specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely. The method is largely based on the principles of traditional Pilates, but also emphasizes functional strength training and cardio elements not inherent to Pilates. These high-intensity, low-impact classes provide maximum results and will challenge you both mentally and physically. The routines are ever-changing and creative to keep you on your toes. The music is upbeat and loud to keep you in the zone. We have hands down the most fun-loving and supportive community around. Whether you are new to the method, or an experienced Lagree athlete, our certified instructors will guide you through and push you to your limits, offering modifications and support for those just learning or working with injuries, or fun variations and challenges for those looking to take it to the next level.
